ACCESSING THE TRAINING PROGRAM

If prompted for a CIDB number, enter 643954

Once you have logged in, make sure you have the GDS set to Travelport+.

Click on Help and Resources, then My Learning.

For self-paced tutorials, click on Travelport+

If you feel you are at a beginner level to Travelport+ you may take this Smartpoint Basic path of 20 courses. If you have been using Smartpoint in Worldspan, you are a step ahead and this will look quite familiar to you.

When you have mastered those courses, it is time to move on to the Step It Pp to Travelport+ courses.

If you book a lot of cars and hotels for your business, the following courses are also recommended.

Now you are ready to take live webinar training. Go to the top of the page and Click on Live Events, A list of events will come up. Make sure to use the filters to select US and English.

The class to take is Step it up to Travelport+. It is an investment of your time, but well worth it to be able to dive into this new program. This is a 3-day course, 3 hours each day. You will leave the course with a much better comprehension of the system overall. Travelport does charge a $25 fee if you sign up for a live class and do not attend — this will be passed on to you.

Make sure to sort the events to say Country: US and Language: English or you will see classes available in different languages.
