ACCESSING THE TRAINING PROGRAM
In Signet, select SIGNATURE UNIVERSITY under the TRAINING tab.
Here you will find the courses available to you. In order to become a Signature Expert and have access to Signature Educationals (FAM trips) you must complete the 14 sections on the University site and pass the quizzes.
CRUISE FINDER TOOL
In Signet, select CRUISE FINDER under the CRUISES tab.
SAMPLE SEARCH: You want to search two cruise lines, Princess Cruises and Holland America Line, for cruises to Alaska. Enter the details into CUSTOM SEARCH.
This search generated many matches. To compare side-by-side cruises, you can click the COMPARE button.
This will produce a comparison between the two cruise lines that you can either print or email directly to your client.
